Shipping
We offer shipping by US Postal Service and may use other carriers if necessary.
Orders usually ship within 24-72 hours not including weekends or holidays.

Our shipping rate is for the United States only and for orders that fit in one box only (about 40 sheets). For larger orders and international orders, we send our customers a separate shipping cost invoice.

Returns
Due to the artistic nature of our handmade papers, they are not returnable. We do our best to describe the papers through photos and descriptions so that you won't have any surprises and will be enormously pleased upon receipt of your order. You also have the opportunity to order single sheets or samples. If there is a mistake or omission from your order, we will, correct it. We take great care in packaging your order so that it arrives in as perfect condition. If, however, your order arrives in some way damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may make a claim with the appropriate carrier and replace your order.

Other items that may be returned are credited upon receipt less a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Any items returned without prior authorization will not be credited.
